The Christian faithful who come together as one in expectation of the Lord’s coming are instructed by the Apostle Paul to sing together Psalms, hymns, and spiritual canticles. (Col. 3:16). Singing is the sign of the heart’s joy - thus St. Augustine says rightly, “Singing is for one who Loves”. There is also an ancient proverb that says “Whoever sings prays twice over.”
Our adult parish Choirs sing every Sunday at the 8:30 a.m.and 11:00 a.m. Masses and at special liturgies during the year. We rehearse on Wednesday evenings in the Parish Hall at 6:00 p.m. and 45 minutes before Mass, again in the Parish Hall. Seasonal visitors are welcome to participate during their vacation time as well! Also, all are welcome at the evening Masses at 5:00 pm on Saturday and 5:30 pm on Sunday.
